Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, it must be unworn, unwashed, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email joas@joaswear.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.
